Please email gracefulembroideryco@gmail.com for the customized established year and thread color. You must include your name, order #, and email address. A confirmation of thread color and established date will be sent via email before order processing begins.
The order processing will not begin until we have received confirmation from the customer of the established year and chosen thread color. The turnaround on shipping is 2-4 weeks, due to the upcoming holiday season, after order processing has begun.
