Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 7-10 days of placing the order, then shipped to the customer. During the holiday seasons, starting in November through December, there may be extended processing times increasing to 10-14 days.

There are certain items that are made to order (noted in the product description), therefore processing times will increase to 14-16 days.

The customer will be responsible for the entry of their email address and shipping address to ensure they will receive email confirmations and shipping information correctly. If there is an entry error, it could delay processing and shipping times. Graceful Embroidery Co. will not be responsible for customer entry errors.
