Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed within 7-10 days of placing the order. During the holiday seasons, there may be extended processing times.
The customer will be responsible for the entry of their email address and shipping address to ensure they will receive email confirmations and shipping information correctly. If there is an entry error, it could delay processing and shipping times. Graceful Embroidery Co. will not be responsible for customer entry errors. Returns, Cancellations, & Exchanges
Graceful Embroidery Co. does not offer returns, cancellations, or exchanges because our products are made to order. If you have an issue with your order, please email gracefulembroideryco@gmail.com .
Damaged Products
All of our products are carefully examined to provide 100% product quality before being sent out to the customer. If you feel that your product has been damaged, please email gracefulembroideryco@gmail.com within 3 days of product delivery date to discuss an exchange or store credit. Please provide photos in the email. If there are no photos provided in the email, your product will not be considered for an exchange or store credit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Graceful Embroidery Co. will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS/UPS.
When finalizing the order at checkout, the customer is agreeing to the above terms and conditions. All orders are final. Please be sure the email address, shipping address and card information are entered correctly. Graceful Embroidery Co. is not responsible for customer entry errors.
